We believe that yoga is far more than a physical practice: it’s a powerful journey inward, helping to calm the mind, restore clarity, and nurture serenity. Each session is designed to meet the individual needs of every guest — whether it’s to unwind after a long trip, gently awaken the body in the morning, or relax at sunset surrounded by nature.

Our qualified instructors guide guests through personalized practices that blend mindful breathing, flowing movement, and meditation. Sessions can be held indoors or outdoors, creating an authentic connection with the environment — the sound of the sea, the scent of the earth, the soothing silence of nature.

Our Services

HATHA YOGA

A yoga class described as ‘Hatha’ will typically involve a set of physical postures (yoga poses), breathing techniques and relaxation at the end. These are typically practised more slowly and with more static posture holds

VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa is a term used to describe continuous or dynamic movements between yoga poses. This flow of movement is excellent to increase flexibility, strength, stability, calmness, and focus.

Pilates

Pilates is a system of repetitive exercises to promote strength, stability, and flexibility. Pilates exercises develop the body through muscular effort that stems from the core. The technique cultivates awareness of the body to support everyday movements that are efficient and graceful.

YOGA AND AYURVEDA THERAPY

Yoga and ayurveda are twin sister sciences. This particular practice allows us to discover the secret powers of the body, breath, senses, mind and chakras. This practice is described around the seasons of the year, the time of day and the constitution of the students.

MEDITATION SESSION

In this class you will learn some of the most ancient and powerful forms of meditation to become calmer, clearer and more energized than ever before.

YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra can be practiced by anyone. It holds immense benefits for all those who struggle to let go, those who suffer from lack of sleep, trauma, burn-out, and anxiety. It is also highly beneficial and holds great healing power for anyone who wants to experience a deeper sense of peace and re-connect more profoundly with themselves.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is an adaptable approach to exercise that engages the mind and spirit along with the body. Prenatal yoga focuses on gentle stretching and strengthening, mental centering, and developing greater awareness of the breath. This practice connects you in a deeper way with your baby soul.

Postnatal Yoga

Postnatal yoga is a style of yoga that addresses the physical, mental and emotional challenges of being a new mother, as well as the aftermath of pregnancy. Yoga poses focus on helping new mothers tone their body and regain their figure, relieve stress and even bond with their newborn.

Gopi

Giorgia Gopi Bombieri is a yoga and meditation teacher specilized in yoga and ayurveda theraphy, pregnacy yoga, mantra and Indian music. 
Yoga has been a huge part of her journey since she was a kid.
The journey of yoga gave her the patience and strength to teach with enthusiasm and love in every single class.
Now she is managing the Yoga Center in San Casciano in Val di Pesa where every day there are several classes and workshops and retreats on the weekend. She is available to travel to all the areas of the Chianti and other areasto offer private classes. Giorgia Gopi Bombieri is a yoga and meditation teacher specilized in yoga and ayurveda theraphy, pregnacy yoga, mantra and Indian music.
